Eastern Seymour Community Access Program
The Eastern Seymour Community Access Program has been operating since May 1999. This project has been successful largely due to the partnerships established with the District of North Vancouver and the North Vancouver Recreation Commission. The District of North Vancouver hosts the site and provides Internet access free of charge. The North Vancouver Recreation Commission provides network and technical assistance.
The Parkgate site is used by a large cross section of the community. It is located in the main foyer of the Parkgate Community Centre and is easily accessible seven days a week. Thanks to funding provided by Industry Canada.
