Financial Assistance Program (Access)

Recreation is an important part of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  The North Vancouver Recreation Commission is mandated to provide a broad array of recreational opportunities to residents of both the District of North Vancouver and City of North Vancouver, regardless of age, gender, ability or economic status.

The Financial Assisance Program (Access) is available to all North Vancouver residents who require financial support to participate in recreation programs and fitness memberships.  Funding to support this program comes from North Vancouver's taxpayers.  We recommend that only those who need help should apply.

How to apply for Financial Assistance

If you (or someone you know) needs assistance to take part in our recreation programs, please call the Parkgate front desk at 604-983-6350 and ask for an ACCESS appointment to request financial assistance.
