Physical activity can be done here, in this gym. But, what also matters is what you do outside of the gym, or perhaps, it is what you don’t do that matters most. He can provide you with the knowledge, but it is you whot has to act on the knowledge, making healthy living a way of life rather than a chore. Having a few laughs along the way is a must as well!
