General Programs Refund Policy
Withdrawal requests made more than five days prior to the start of a program will be refunded in full.
Withdrawal request made five days or less prior to the start of a program and before the second class will be refunded less a charge of no more than the cost of one class. Note that there are no refunds for one-day programs.
No refunds or credits will be issued after the second class of a program.
Fitness membership refund policy (this statement applies to all membership types).
A processing fee will be applied to any refund in the first 4 months of any annual membership and the first 2 months for any 3-month membership.
Annual membership: prorated on a monthly basis after the end of the 4th month.
3 Month Membership: Prorated on a monthly basis after the end of the 2nd month.
Monthly Memberships: Prorated on a weekly basis.
Daycamp refund/Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests made more than five days prior to the start of a program will be refunded in full.

Birthday Party Refund Policy
Withdrawal requests made 7 days prior to a birthday party will be refunded in full. Withdrawal requests made 6 days or less prior to the start of a party will be refunded 50%
