Osteo-Arthritis Fitness

Exercise helps to reduce pain and prevents further joint damage. It can also help you maintain a healthy weight, which puts less strain on your joints.  Instructor: Rose L.

Gentle exercise also helps to improve muscle & bone strength, reaction time and reduce the likelihood of falling. Exercise techniques are performed on chairs, using bands, weights, and mini balls.

All participants are required to pre-register for this program. If the program registration permits, we may take drop-ins on a first-come, first serve basis.
