MEMORY AND THE AGING BRAIN: Exercise Your Mind and Body While Having Fun
This unique program led by Gail Roxburgh is designed for people 55+ who are concerned about their memory. The first half of the program will be focused on physical exercises (sitting or standing) that will include cognitive movement activities that will strengthen both and body and brain. The second part of the program will include fun and stimulating activities that will sharpen your memory and improve your cognitive functions such as improving concentration and listening skills, and maintaining ability to reason and problem solve. Water and a light snack will be served.
