My Parkgate BREAK – Share the care
My Parkgate BREAK has been running uninterrupted for 5 years and it has been a gathering place for individuals experiencing the changes associated with mild to moderate dementia. We have created a unique model of community-based dementia programming with the aim to support and enhance the lives of each individual and their family caregivers, in their own community.
This program is very important to us and in order to stay on top of advances in dementia care, we are taking a short BREAK to revamp the program to ensure we are offering a program that best meets the needs of our community. Our goal is to have the program up and running again in early 2019.
